Nicole’s career is often described by scale and outcomes, but the foundation was formed earlier—through both success and scarcity.
As a minority partner in a teenage venture, she achieved an early exit in 1993. In her youth, she spent through what she had earned from that sale and, in time, found herself starting again. In the late 90’s she took a job at Nordstrom in sales to pay the bills and rebuild from the ground up.
That period shaped the way she leads; with restraint, standards, and respect for what is real. She learned how to create stability without advantage, how to build with limited resources, and how to keep commitments when there is no room for distraction. It also taught her the difference between money and wealth—between a moment of success and the discipline required to sustain it.
Nicole rebuilt from scratch, bootstrapped her way forward, and ultimately led her next chapter to the first of multiple eight-figure exits prior to founding AMP. The lesson stayed with her: enduring success is not a circumstance—it is a practice found in perserverence.

Before medical aesthetics, Nicole spent 10 years leading a national legal MSO focused on employment and labor relations—first as CEO and later as Chairman of the Board. She oversaw corporate compliance, multi-state operations, and workforce systems during a period of significant industry evolution. That work deepened her expertise in governance, human capital strategy, and organizational design.
