About
Known for her business philosophies of “profits with integrity” and “profit optimization through collaboration,” Nicole Chiaramonte is CEO of TWG Consulting Corp., founder of Synergy MedAesthetics, co-founder of Aesthetic Investments, LLC, and a private investor in more than a dozen medical spas.
A serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in start-up management, Nicole holds 19 years of Management Service Organization (MSO) ownership and executive management in the legal and medical industries, focused on the Aesthetics Industry since 2012. Nicole holds first-hand buy and sell-side M&A experience, having acquired seven aesthetic practices and executed multiple successful business exits.
Medical Aesthetics
Chiaramonte has partnered with numerous respected facial plastic surgeons, family practice physicians and independent advanced practice providers (APPs), providing startup capital, guidance and comprehensive oversight of their entry into the medical spa space.
Angel investing
Understanding that proper and responsible financial backing can accelerate a business path to growth and opportunity, Nicole offers micro to mid-level angel and equity funding from $25,000 to $500,000. These investments have been in industries from restaurant and pet supplies to publishing and medical aesthetics.
Speaking
Due to time constraints Nicole is not available for private consulting. As such she has made herself available for a handful of events each year to share the wisdom and perspective she has gained during her nearly 30 years in business.
